Despite how much I love to talk, I can sum up everything you need to know about me in a few paragraphs. I love real estate more than anyone probably should and I enjoy surrounding myself with people who make me happy. I also love investing, but we’ll get to that later.

Before realizing my passion was in Pittsburgh real estate, I worked in sales, trust and tax accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and ran a small financial accounting advisory company. In addition, I learned the technical side of real estate as a Marketing & Transaction Coordinator and gained experience in large scale real estate investing from working with McKnight Realty Partners, a local family business that owns more than 7 million sqft of commercial real estate – most of which is in prominent redevelopments such as the Heinz 57 Center, Oliver Building, Highline (under construction), Embassy Suites, and the Grant Building.

I have a bachelors in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and founded the Real Estate Association at Pitt; a group that educates students on all areas of the real estate industry. This group eventually led to the University starting a Certificate Program in Real Estate Finance and I'm currently working with Pitt to develop a Real Estate bachelor’s degree at the business school. In addition to my accounting degree, I have certificates in Real Estate Finance and Sales from Pitt.

I belong to the Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association (REIA), Pittsburgh Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Pittsburgh Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) which gives me access to thousands of local investors as well as a wealth of valuable real estate insight on the development of Pittsburgh's areas.

I am a multi-million-dollar producer and go-to investment advisor and couldn’t be happier! We have the top agents, administrative support staff, and best marketing plan in Pittsburgh. My mantra is that I work primarily with investors (development/new construction, flipping, and passive income) but I love helping a few select residential buyers and sellers get superior representation for their personal homes with the experience that I have from analyzing and redeveloping properties for investors. The market for investment properties is much more competitive than residential homes, so I know the tricks of the trade that can help you get the house you love and also get it for the best deal!
