Our broker, Hope Feldman, has been a broker since 1993 and has been her own company for 25 years, Hope Real Estate. She recognized there was a void in the real estate industry, agents were working tirelessly for minimum pay. Hence, the birth of Your Town Realty. YTR was founded in 2014. She wanted to celebrate the agent and put their needs first so they can provide their customer's with the best possible real estate service. She has been providing all of her customer's with outstanding service and wanted to educate and pass on all she has learned in the past 2.5 decades. We are looking for agents that want to make a difference in their customer's life as well as their own. YTR continues to keep the fees to our customers as minimal as possible. We work with local mortgage lenders, title companies, and construction vendors, etc.
